The Fresh Market unveils enhanced shopping experience in the Triad on October 26

Specialty grocer’s grand reopening festivities include giveaways, sampling, live entertainment, lower prices and more

The Fresh Market guests will discover a refreshed look at the specialty grocer on Wednesday, October 26, as the company invites the community to celebrate the grand reopening of its Triad-area locations with live entertainment from local artists, Scratch and Win card giveaways throughout the day, special in-store sampling and performances from hometown favorites such as the North Carolina A&T State University drumline, Northeast Guilford High School marching band and Mount Tabor High School Marching Band. Beginning at 8 a.m., The Fresh Market will reveal an enhanced shopping experience that stays true to its roots in offering fresh, delicious food, but re-imagines the market as a destination where guests can find an increased selection of local products, a new Mind & Body department with health-conscious items -- and now, new categories including favorite grocery classics.

In addition to expanded product offerings, The Fresh Market will introduce a number of new features to allow customers to complete a full shop for all the items on their list; optimized grocery space to accommodate an increased selection of grocery and household items; a dedicated sampling station with convenient meal options; and new signage throughout the store to clearly designate departments, guide those shopping with dietary restrictions or food allergies, and inspire shoppers to explore new tastes.

The Fresh Market’s grand reopening activities will kick-off on Wednesday, October 26 with live entertainment, giveaways and in-store sampling. Additional activities will take place on Saturday, October 29 and Saturday, November 5. In-store sampling will continue through Sunday, November 6.
